Reminders
Reminders are a great way to ensure things are not forgotten, and can be a great way to remind the user of important events or items to do etc. A reminder is scheduled for a particular date, and can be set to reschedule if postponed.
View Reminders:
Here you can view a list of all the reminders in the system.
Press Add to add a new Reminder, or Remove to remove the currently selected Reminder. Duplicate the selected Reminder by pressing Copy, and edit the selected Reminder by pressing Edit, or by double clicking the Reminder in the table.
Edit A Reminder:
A reminder can be set to alert you of an important event or information on a given date, and can be reoccuring.
Select the Date that you want the reminder to alert you on. Set the reminder to Reschedule on the given interval, in Hours, Days or Weeks.
Ensure that the reminder note contains all the relevant information that relates to the specific event.
Set the reminder to be High Priority to show a yellow exclamation image when the reminder is viewed.
Hint: Use reminders to store information such as To Do lists or messages required for another employee.
