Process Queue / Attention Queue

Process Queue

The Process Queue is located at the top of the left hand pane in the main Auction Manager window. Items that require processing internet data such as downloading information from Trade Me or your Webshop, or sending emails etc are added to this queue. The items in the queue are processed one at a time in the background, allowing the user to continue work using Auction Manager.

Items in the Process Queue can be paused, which prevents them from being processed. If an item fails, it will automatically be paused. Information about failed items can be viewed by clicking the info icon on the right hand side of the queue item.

The Process Queue menu can be accessed by clicking on the down arrow in the top right corner of the Process Queue. There, you can remove all items, pause all items, or retry all items that are paused.

Attention Queue

The Attention Queue is located below the Process Queue on the left hand pane in the main Auction Manager window. Here, a list of items requiring attention are displayed, such as new Sales, Customer details or user Reminders.

Items can be removed from the Attention Queue by clicking the remove icon to the left hand side of the queue item. Alternatively, all items can be removed via the menu. However, if an item is removed, it may be added again by the system. For example, a Reminder that is due will be added again immediately.
