Page Filter

Each page contains a Page Filter above the table. This allows you to filter information in the table quickly. For example, to find a lens from a list of cameras and accessories, type 'lens' in the filter. Any parts that have the word 'lens' in the part number, description, manufacturer part number etc will be displayed.

Advanced Search Expressions

The Page Filter supports the search operators 'OR' and 'AND'. This allows you to enter more advanced search expression to further narrow the results, or show multiple results. For example, to view a 20mm lens without knowing the naming format for the parts, you may enter '20mm AND lens' or '20 AND lens'. This will only show results that have BOTH keywords in the part information.

Hint: Multiple 'OR' and 'AND' operators can be used within a single search expression.
Also, the operators are not case sensitive, so 'and' and 'or can also be used. This also applies to the entire search expression.

Clear Button

Clears the page filter and reloads the table with original data.

More Button

Some pages have more filter options that are custom for the data in that page. For example, on the Sales page, sales with certain features or with a selected status can be shown, and sales within a certain time period can be shown.

Hint: To ensure flagged sales are always shown, regardless of the status, tick the Flagged box.
