Auction Manager 0.9.17

Auction Manager v0.9.17 brings new importing and exporting options to help with setup, improvements to the purchase order system, and some important bug fixes.

Enhancements
- Added import my products from Trade Me feature.
- Added purchase order receive parts and status features.
- Added an option to edit multiple auction templates and parts at once.
- Added an option to disable the automated sale emails.
- Added some extra data fields to the export sales feature.
- Added a fees column to the sold listings table.

Bug Fix
- Fixed up table selection bug.
- Fixed Parameter count mismatch exception in download_sold_listings.
- Fixed row has been removed from table bug in update_scheduled_time.
- Fixed a bug in the settings when visual styles are disabled.
- Fixed a bug where auction schedules would still be updated, and auctions still loaded from sold listings when auction scheduling was disabled.
- Fixed the bug where it would crash if you had more than 2000 characters in the auction template description.
- Fixed the bug where it would crash if deleting multiple purchase orders at once.
- Fixed bug for virtuemart where the table name was incorrect when updating order status.
- Fixed a bug in download_webshop_customers if the suburb was null.
- Fixed the bug where the relist when sold option for auction templates would count the listings incorrectly when sold are updated before current listings.
- Fixed a bug where deleted Trade Me shipping options would be shown in the add to auction template list.
