v1.9.11 has additional fixes and sample information for getting started.

Changes:
- Added more sample data when the database is created, such as a purchase order, auction template and associated data.
- Minor fixes to walkthrough.
- Set default values for some Configuration parameters and settings.
- Fixed bugs with the default size for the Send Email, Select Card, Select Part, View Log and Reminder windows.
- Fixed bugs with checking the tracking number prefix in the Edit Sale Dialog.
- Fixed bug in Edit Automated Sale Email Dialog checking for valid data when the user cancels.
- Removed warning about the top 50 customers report compile time if there are fewer than 1000 cards.
