Mailing Lists
A Mailing List is a group of customers that can be emailed in a few easy steps. Emails can be sent to the entire group from Email Templates, or you can write an email from scratch.
View Mailing Lists:
The mailing lists can be viewed from Edit->Mailing Lists, and this window shows the number of cards included in each mailing list.
Press Edit to edit the selected Mailing List. The Edit Mailing List window will open, allowing you to edit the label and list. You can also double click on a Mailing List in the list.
Press Add to add a new mailing list item. The Edit Mailing List window will automatically open with the new Mailing List.
Press Remove to remove the selected Mailing List.
Press Send Mail to send an email to every Customer Card in the selected Mailing List. The Send Email window will open, allowing you to customise an Email Template to send.
Edit Mailing List:
The Edit Mailing List window allows you to edit the label for the selected Mailing List, as well as the Customer Cards included in the list.
Press Add to add a new card to the Mailing List. The Select Card dialog will then open, allowing you to select a Customer Card from the list.
Press Remove to remove the selected Customer Card from the list.
