GoTo Buttons

The GoTo buttons are a quick and convenient way of linking relevant information. There is a GoTo button for each page (Sales, Cards etc) and certain GoTo buttons are enabled on each page depending on the selection in the table. You can use GoTo buttons in the following ways:

View Relevant Information

Any information that is relevant to the currently selected table row can be viewed with a single mouse click. For example, when viewing the Stock page, you can view all Sales that contain the currently selected item(s) by clicking on the GoTo Sales button. This jumps you to the Sales page and displays all sales that contain the items.

View More of the Same Information

This can be easily explained with a simple example. Say you have a sale selected on the Sales page and you want to view all Sales for that customer. To do this, simply click on the GoTo Cards button to view the customer Card, and then click on the GoTo Sales button to view all Sales for that customer. Two mouse clicks is all it takes.

Page Filter

After clicking on a GoTo button, the relevant information is listed in the table. Because this information cannot usually be shown with a simple Page Filter, the filter text is replaced with custom text to indicate that custom results are being displayed. To clear the results, click on the 'clear' button and the normal table information will be shown.
