Advanced Sale Management

Auction Manager has rich Sale management features to ensure that your Sales are processed as quickly and as easily as possible. Monitor the progress of Sales with the Sale Status and Sale History, or flag Sales with a note for later. Customer cards can even be flagged, so you are alerted to information the next time a Sale is created for that Customer.

Email Support

Not only send Emails to customers, but set up Automated Sale Emails to email customer updates from advanced Email Templates that dynamically create the content for each Customer and Sale.

Automation

Every aspect of Auction Manager has been developed to automate the process, making it simpler and less time consuming on the operator. Sold Trade Me listings are automatically linked to a Shipping Option, Stock and prices, and the Customer details, message and payment are automatically added to the sale. Fixed prices can be offered automatically, even on sold listings, and unsold listings are managed without any intervention. Even Trade Me Feedback can be placed automatically!

Microsoft SQL Server Database

Auction Manager connects to a local or network based Microsoft SQL Server database, supporting multiple user systems. Inhouse we use Auction Manager with a 5 user setup, allowing real-time updates between stations.

Improved Stock Management

Auction Manger is smart enough to show you which items require ordering based on lead times, selling rates and stock level. You can also see the value of stock on hand and 3, 6 and 12 month sales values at a glance.

Reporting

Our interactive reporting allows you to easily view relevant information for reporting results. For example, you can graph sales per month, and then click on a month to view all those sales.

Webshop Support

MYOB Integration

By using a simple export/import features of MYOB, Auction Manager can send and receive information from MYOB Accounting Plus such as sales, customer cards, items, suppliers and purchase orders.

Advanced Search Capabilities

Search the entire Auction Manager database, or just content on the current page, it is up to you. The advanced Global Search feature is a quick and easy way to display any content with links that take you back to the relevant information.
