Automated Sale Emails

Automated Sale Emails are emails that are sent from a template automatically by the system when a set trigger condition occurs.

Name: The name for the Automated Sale Email.

Enabled: Tick this box to enable.

Trigger: The following pre-set trigger conditions are available:

&nbsp1. No feedback received for a Trade Me sale
&nbsp2. No address received
&nbsp3. No payment received

Days Until Trigger: The number of days (from the sale date) before the trigger can occur.

Ignore Completed Sales: No feedback received for a Trade Me sale only - Useful to ensure that once a sale is completed the customer is not prompted about feedback.

Ignore Flagged Sales: Useful for ensuring sales that have been flagged (typically because action is required) do not have automated emails sent.

Shipping Method List: No address received only - Select one or multiple Shipping Methods that the sale must have.

Repeat: Enable to have the Automated Sale Email re-sent every X days up to a determined maximum number of times.

Email: The Email Template to send to the customer. Macros will be resolved with information from the sale.
